Sussed out it's my HT leads/plugs firing I can hear through my car speakers...

What's the best way to stop it?

Thanks

i think theres some little boxy thingy that you get to splice onto the yellow wire, one of the head units i have here has it, this is the second similar problem in a short while on here, i would love to know whats causing it as its never happened to me in any of the renault gang

I have no idea mate what causes it? I think I know the box you are on about it's on the harness or something at the rear of the head unit. I'm hoping someone on here knows a trick way of sorting it :D

there are things like this here
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10A-NOISE...1?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item4cefcf5a31

but i would be inclined to check all the wiring from the back of the head unit just to make sure nothing has gone bare or making contact where it shouldnt, what head unit do you have? are you running amps or anything off it?

i just read something else, sounds far fetched to me but someone on some other forum mentioned something aboutfaulty ht lead or loose connection arking a spark causing similar effects, i highly doubt it but sure itd take a second to check

first thing i reckon would be to check the wiring harness on the radio though, check all your earths too

im gettin interference on mine too, jus installed a little amp, and its buggin my tits. now ill have to try some stuff too, see if i can can stop it!
