How Do I Change the Drivers Side Fog Lamp Bulb

I've got my first MOT in Hong Kong coming up soon and as luck would have it the right front fog lamp bulb has blown!

I have changed the passenger side before no probs but the drivers side looks like you have to take the wheel arch liner off to change it?

Or does anyone else know an easier way to change the fog lamp bulb?

bottomplate or wheelarch, don't know which is the fastest, I remove the bottomplate, but I've got a lift to my disposal.

I did it yesterday without taking off the plate / wheelarch though it was very difficult and I have got a few bruises to show for it!
