Certainly have, we use alot of offshore oil & gas labour our of Manila. Nice place, very friendly people!

I lived in Manila for 2 months in 1987 and one month in 1988 (yes I'm that old!).
Travelled around Luzon and Mindoro. Great places.
Unfortunately I haven't been back since then but it's on the 'Must go back' list as soon as I get some money together.
