Good reasonably prices body/paint shop in east London

Hi guys, can you recommend a good and with reasonable prices shop/ garage for body repairs and paint?
I'm looking to restore a Renault 5 gt turbo, needs welding and painting, don't have enough space to do it myself....

The guys who painted the 21 are very good just can be a little slow as hes down to one painter now.

Got messed about hugely by a firm who promised the earth recently.....
They folded up and left one of mine locked inside unfinished lol

I know a very good mob in Bromley but they're about £250 a panel.

F*cking painters... my recommendation would be... don't bother!! Given the issues both myself & @DaveL485 have had recently I'm convinced they're all a shower of sh1t no-matter how hard you look for a "good one"*

*These are not the views of TurboRenault, just a member who is sick to the back teeth of bodyshops and currently being held to ransom by the lazy @rsed b@stards who currently have my car..

This most recent mob I used were churning out some lovely work in the beginning....
Then all of a sudden they nose dived

Abysmal way to treat people and their hard earned funds.
