Front Top Mount Which Part No.?

If I were to replace the front standard top mounts with new ones, do I need to replace the lot or just Item 4 in the pic?

Item 4: 60 00 073 600



Also, which P/N is needed for Ph 1 (CB1A) for Item 3? It has 2 P/Ns

60 01 025 925; and
60 01 025 850

I know there is a top mount kit from RPD but it seems to be a waste as I don't need Item 1 and 2.

I'm going down the coilover route with standard top mounts at the moment cos most of the solid top mounts I've seen so far requires drilling extra holes in the suspension turret.

But I am still stuck on Item 5. In the 2010 post it has a P/N 82 00 666 449 but I got quoted 82 00 867 250. Has this P/N been replaced?
