I've got a LH upright so if we can get a LH wishbone and balljoint assembly, we are in business. There's no need to get RH as is could be simply mirrored in CAD.
What can you spit out of the Leica / CMM? Point cloud or XYZ point data? Drop me a line as between us, I think this could be a winner. I am natively Catia, though have access to Pro/E and NX if need be.
Regarding an alternative to the expensive front ball joints,
last week, I splashed out on some new front ball joints, (mk2)
Approx. £214 for the 2 units. A little cheaper, but still a ridiculous price!
I have added some images/ drawings of the joints for reference to the Gallery,

As tarmac terrorist has previously mentioned above " A plate to adapt the rear balljoint to the front arm,"
This is something I've had a few thoughts on, as I have the parts to hand.
I will post a basic drawing of a conversion plate (of the rear ball joint to be used on front) shortly.
172 ball joints have pinch bolt arrangement on pin (v6 has tapered shaft and m16 thread on the pin)
172 ball joint bolt holes are straight and central on the cast part ( v6 bolt holes are offset to increase castor & wheel base)
Attached is my thoughts on the adapter ( taking a rear ball joint and adapting it for use on the front wish bone),
This is a little cumbersome in comparison to the genuine Renault part, but at this stage its only a suggestion and may be a future alternative if the original ball joints become difficult to obtain.
