Front Coilovers 19 16v

I've decided on front coilovers for the cabby. My Koni's have arrived and been fitted and my car seems to sit even lower at the rear now  well about 15-20mm. Front coilovers are difinately needed now to bring the front end down about an inch or so.

I aint spending £450 on a full set when the koni's on the rear are perfect, and can't find a set of major branded ones for under £250 so I am opting for a set of Rokkor's, full set for £159.99.

I will have no use for the rear dampers so just wondering if anyone would be interested in them cheap rather than them just lying in my shed?

Has anyone got any views on the Rokkor's, I know they have come up on the forum a few times.

Cheers

how cheap lol, dont mind having spares kicking about, either pm me on here or text me billy boy ;)

Dont get rokkors , I got some , there shite.
The dampers way too soft for track , you have seen mine at fcs
Its not low , but the tyres still hit the arch when cornering fast
You get what you pay for

Alrite mate (y), how low would they go? And have you got them wound down as far as they will go?

I need something for the front for now, how much stiffer are they compared to standard shocks and lowering springs?

My dampers on the front are knackered and it's only the springs doing the damping I imagine and it's rather bouncy. I think anything would be an improvement for now.

If they are they can drop my car another inch and they are slightly stiffer than a good set of standard shocks with 35mm springs then i'd possibly go for them.

No , standard shocks and koni lowering springs , were better and stiffer on the track than the rokkors. Ive tracked that 19 I had at fcs with both setups the the konis where better.

You can lower the rokkors really low but on full lock if you hit a fag butt the tyres hit the arches there just too soft

Is there anywhere to get a set of 60mm springs from? I have 35-40mm at the moment. Might just buy a pair of brand new shocks and another set of springs?

Cheers for that Tucky (y)

Both my 19s run front rokkors, the suspension seems to be stiffer on 1.4 than the 16v even though the 1.4 has standard rear shocks and the 16v has bilstein b6s rear shocks lol, craig I reckon you got an iffy set man mine are pretty good. Billy you will have to have a ride at trax !!

Billy boy!!!!

I'll need a set before then unfortunately Si :(, would they drop my car another inch over standard shocks and 35mm springs?
