Just wondered as I’m ordering one soon and can’t decide weather to have an OMG or not.

....Yes, I have the OMG version of the QS...my hearing is that of a 96 year old giffer since purchasing the zorst....!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: It's loud......40mph.....LOUD and the vibrations run through your body.....70MPH.....can't hear diddly squat....!!!! AND I seriously mean NOTHING other than the zorst.......ears buzz, head buzzes.....amazingly annoying actually......minute you put you're right foot to the floor and take him (her to you..!) to 76mph....the noise stops......Arrrrrrrrrr........bliss..........

But...you know what....I wouldn't take it off for the world....changing down, when it pops and backfires, burbling away - then there's motorway bridges.....shutting up Chavs....the whole 9 yards....it sounds the dogs b*llocks...... :lol: :lol:

GET THE OMG...!!!! You might momentarily regret it at various points, but for the most part it sounds absolutely amazing.....!!!! :lol: :lol: (now don't forget to send me my £10 quid in the post..!!!!)

Had the KTEC box for a few months and sold it to buy the Quicksilver Oh My F":%^&#g God exhaust. Haven't looked back yet. It's awesome. Evertime I drive it I love the sound it makes. I don't even have the stereo on anymore. Fitted it in about 30 mins and remeber the noise when it started up. Get loads of pop backs and throps when it's warm too. People look round when your driving up the street even at 20 mph.

Buy one mate if you don't you will wish you had further down the line!

I used to have the quicksilver, no engine covers and no bulkhead...........I miss all that noise.
Far too sedate now.

I bought ants QS Sport ( quieter one), gawd it sounds awesome.....and even beter with an induction kit!!!

I sold my OMG to jainy when i was selling my mk1..main reason that I needed her std backbox to go on the car..

It does sound fapping fantastic..really nice! tunnels are amazing...be warned though..window down driving becomes the norm..and motorways can be tedious..especially under load I.E up hills etc..

heres a clip of me ragging through a tunnel lol...my mate holding the cam said he nearly went deaf...and another of me just revving...listen to the crackles!

Easy....Yes. Mine's standard but combined with the K&N Apollo I wouldn't have it any other way. Sounds fantastic. Drone doesn't bother me at all!

So if you don't get the OMG version, is the quieter version a pointless alternative

No far from it. It changes the sound totally! Even without an induction system the exhaust is very raspy/throaty!

MIne doesn't pop - well at least I don't htink it does. I believe you need decats for crackles and pop on the over run! It puffs a bit like it wants to pop?

Worth it if only for the lovely noise and shininess through the rear grills. My OEM exhaust was rusted!

Yes but it all depends how annoyed / irritated you get with full on race car noises!
