5 GT Turbo First run at Knockhill after rebuild

Finally got the car ready for Knockhill. Bought last year, looked OK but was pretty rusty inside when carpet came out etc. Fitted cage, seats etc and decided to go for a Ragnotti pastiche vinyl wrap thing. Then I've had no end of problems with a plug tip exploding, a thermocouple being swallowed, bent rods etc - but it's finally "nearly" there. Just fitted a grill mounted IC and I'm going for a ducted disc setup on the front when I have time.
First test run at Knockhill in the pouring rain was eventful. Managed 1.14 before oil feed pipe failed due to the heat shield resting on it and transferring heat to the ptfe pipe. Spun twice and got knuckles rapped for leaving an oil slick on the track.
Rescued by a bit of bicycle pump hose and jubilees!
All fixed now and raring to go.

My neighbour used to race one too. He told me from the outset - they're never completed! True so far, every drive is a test drive.
He just smirks when he passes with the dog and I'm elbow deep in cuts and bruises

No, forgot to fit it and I've been raking YouTube for other guys vids to no avail. Guy behind in 106 Mi16 was filming everything.
