F7P head badly worn, any options?

I’m planning/ preparing on making f7p head+f7r bottom end conversion for my Renault19. I have a F7P engine head which came from an engine that wasn’t been looked after. For example: oil wasn’t changed for ages, mildly leaking head gasket, engine was frequently pushed to rev limit. Eventually engine suffered a catastrophic failure – conrod vent thru cylinder block.
Now when stripping the head I noticed visible scuffmarks in the journals where camshafts rotate (sorry if it’s not clear, language barrier really makes it harder to explain):

Not sure if scuffmarks are that visible in the photos, but scraping with my fingernail I can really feel that surface is uneven. And it’s the same on almost all journals, more or less there is visible scuffmarks. Camshafts are worn in the similar way too :(
So my question is: what can I do with this head really? Can I polish journals/camshafts or just leave them as they are. If polishing would it affect clearances, will the camshafts start wobbling in the journals?

having dealt with thousands of heads thats better than most tbh.

I would use it, you will be looking for a long time to get one in perfect condition.

Chris H thanks for heads up. I might just use this one as these are really hard to get here. As You said, it's hard to find one in good condition. And lucky 16V owners really tend to push the engine. So some wear is OK, i think. Just was wondering how bad this one is. Don't have much experience with these heads, so just curious.
