F4rt vivaro

I’m unsure about swapping the inner cvs. I’ve gone with the pk6 as it’s got similar ratios and can use the van shafts.

Anyway I’ve bought a flywheel from a Espace f4rt which also uses a pk6 and ordered a clutch

Also haz is the Laguna flywheel you have from a petrol?

Pk6 petrol box?
At least the espace is of similar size to the van. If tuning, the norm is to replace the dual mass set up for solid.
My laguna bits are from the 130bhp dci. The slave setup and pipework were different too. There's 2 and 3 bolt versions but think thats a difference between pk5/pk6.

Yes petrol box. I’d rather a single ,ass but couldn’t find one.

Engine is in and turning over but wouldn’t fire. No fuel so I’ll have a look and see why it a not priming tommorow

Engine in and running. Got a few vac pipes but I can’t remember but what goes where

Couldn’t get the fuel pump to run but this was because i had the multimeter pins in the plug and it had opened them up to much

Sorry for the lack of updates on this I got it on the road and sold it to a mate but now I’ve bought it back

It’s not running right at all

I’ve put new coils injectors and waiting on plugs coming for it but it’s misfiring about 3k

Ihe went through a massive puddle over the brow of a hill and soaked all the electrics

I’d removed all the van loom and butchered the dash and used the megane loomBut I’ve been reading a few threads on de immobilising the megane ecu To cit down on the wiring that’s not needed
