Yes, but depending on its age, it may be a tin sump version, which will still fit but will leave a gap at the bottom when fitted to tin sumped F-type blocks.

any F2N will be a tin sump version so will use the angled bellhousing.

The angled bellhousing only recently stopped being used on the diesels etc
