F111, 21 Turbo Phase 1 in White, NOW SOLD
I'm putting F111 up for sale due to another car I really want coming up for sale. If the car sells though I will take F111 off sale until next year.
Its tricky to know where to start other than saying that this really is one of the nicest phase 1's left. There are one or two little cosmetic things that could be done to improve it but all the major stuff is fine.
I've owned her for just over a year and had pretty much trouble free motoring other than a couple of little niggles that 21's have (heater motor resistor pack for example!).
She has tax until the end of February and MOT until the middle of April 2011. There was very little needed to pass the MOT this year, just a handbrake adjustment and a re-weld on the drivers side strut top (can be seen in one of the photo's).
There is no other welding on the car, all the sills and jacking points are in excellent condition and the only other bit of rust is a bubble on the drivers side rear door (see photo)
I have absolutely stacks of service history for the car, loads of old MOT's and bills.
She had an engine re-build at around 105k and even now only has 123k on the clock.
At the same time she also had a Hybrid Turbo fitted (bill for ?628 from Turbodynamics for the Turbo) which has 360 degree thrust bearings. It spools up really nicely from lowish rpm, certainly much better than a standard turbo.
No smoke or anything under acceleration and only uses minimal oil as per any turbocharged engine.
Other mods include a Forge front mount intercooler with Silicone boost pipes, also a Cosworth fuel pressure regulator. I would estimate power to be around the 230bhp mark but thats just a pure estimate. Running 16psi boost (in cabin boost guage)
She also had a paint refresh a few years ago but in places it wasn't done 100% perfectly. Once all polished up though she looks stunning as per the photo's. Most of the pics here were taken in July this year.
All tyres are good as are the wheels. couple of marks on the rims but in very good order. She also comes with a complete set of Phase 2 Alloys and nearly new tyres. Also included are a pair of spare white electric door mirrors.
Current wheels are 16" but I'm not sure of the make. Same style as OZ Superturismo's, currently fitted with very sticky Yokohama's.
Electrics are very good for a 21. The only window that doesn't work is passenger side rear. The passenger front is getting a bit slow due to lack of use so that could do with looking at. Electric tilt and slide sunroof DOES work properly, central locking is fine as are all lights etc. Fan works on all speeds. ABS is working fine too. The fuel gauge LCD occasionally throws a bit of a wobbly but always returns to displaying all digits.
Anyways she is for sale at ?1500.00 which I believe is a fair price for a lovely phase 1 in this condition. I'm not in a major hurry to sell so no silly offers please.
I expect I'll think of other things to add so will edit this post as and when.
Anyways here are some photo's....
