Exhaust is done now, front to back in stainless, diameter is 3".

I couldn't decide on a tailpipe design so I just asked for twin slash, same as on the GSi which I like the look of but sized to suit the 16v bumper cut-out.

Not sure I like it in all honesty, if anything I think it would look better with down-sized tips, but I did ask for the system to be designed in a way so that the tailpipes could be re-configured easily in the future, so it's no massive problem.

Since last progress update the clutch pedal has also been converted from cable to hydraulic operation, and some collars have been machined to limit the steering and eliminate the gearbox clearance issue whichwas picked up by Retro Power after they mounted the lump.

The last, and priciest job left is to find space for, and mount a radiator. To keep costs to a minimum I have decided against a bespoke radiator, instead I am hoping there is a suitable rad on the shelf for another car out there somewhere which I can make use of.

WE are already scratching their heads over this last job, so I am looking for any ideas on where to source a donor rad. I have no idea whether it should be sized to the engine cc, projected power output, or something else, so any hints / tips / ideas / advice / insider knowledge will be gratefully received!
