Exhaust & balljoints for a R5

I'm looking for a new exhaust silencer for my 1982 R5 GTL 1108cc. Can anyone tell me where I might find one?
Also after ball joints for the same car, upper and lower.

Any motor factors should be able to supply you, got balljoints at my local one in Devon last week. Or contact Phildini I know he is holding some.
