Hi guys, i'm sorry i was a bit busy these days...

For the VW, is it just to come visit us or to go on track ?

Anyone else up for this trip, which is surely going to be THE forum trip of the 2012! With the cancelation of Kimbolton, the non event of FCS, low numbers for the Lakes... this trip is bound to find some much needed escapism and hopefully, nice relaxing French sunshine... Shame its only a long weekend! 8)

Get your names down folks!
:race:

Thanks Shaun :approve:

2 other things that may interest you

First, during our weekend we have a partnership with the association "Chloe" of the hospital Trousseau, to just bring moments of happiness and comfort to children in hospitals, in addition of "baptisms" in Clio V6, Renault Spider and R5 turbo for children and their family (that we will offer Saturday, September 29th from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m). ... we had the desire to do more!

The V6 Staff offers a new experience!

The challenge will be to perform in the new electric véhicle from Renault, the TWIZY, 1000 kms! you read correctly! By now our partners Renault Paris, Renault Sport and UTAC will offer us the logistical support and supply of 8 Renault Twizy to achieve this challenge.

We offer to all the attendees to join this challenge has to be held, Saturday from 17.45, inside the circuit, we will have three hours to make this crazy challenge happened !

The goal is simple! In exchange of a financial contribution of each person wishing to participate, you can feed the donations we make to the association "Chloe".

The rules are :
 1 km = 1 euro
 Security and safe driving.
100% of profits donated to the association "Chloe"

By now we have selected two routes: the first is just over 2km and the second just over 3km.

So we need you! You can register by giving us an idea of how many kilometers you would like to do, your answers will help us to set up groups to optimize the running time and win that bet!

With your passion and commitment we can achieve great things for these children!

Second, saturday's evening, we have booked a room at the Autodrome and we will do a little party : there will be some photos and videos in a large part of the adventure Clio V6 Passion, surprises and animations will also be taking part !! and of course some food and drinks!!

It's 27€/person.

Registration closed on September 15th !!

We really need to get our crossing booked, and confirm with Vincent 'afx' how many room we require. I know we're all away from the computers a bit more at the moment, and making the most of the good weather while we have it.. but we need to keep on top of this before we make ourselves look daft infront of our French friends and their warm hospitality.

:race:

I'm going to give this a miss guys. Starting to think its more important getting my vee finished this year so I could attend something similar next year. Sorry

Thanks shaun for the summary ;)

By now, on all the rooms we have booked, we set aside 8 rooms for you (Friday, saturday and sunday night) :approve:
