Clear perspex inner engine cover

i love the idea and the execution is excellent!!

the covers on mk1/2 do look slightly different width and different size hole. The mk1's looking a bit smaller. especially on the right hand side, less of the engine is exposed.

would probably need to be a tad smaller and need some holes drilled in a different place to fit a mk1...but wouldnt be that big a task!

im potentially interested too if you can get it to fit! :)
 
Thanks for the pics Ray it looks amazing def interested in one of these, how do Renault get away with trying to charge these crazy prices for the rubber seals?!

hi i made one today for my p1 with the old rubber seal but doesnt seal around expansion tank end as it sits to hi .think im going to stick with mine.simon

I'm in too... but am only interested in a "finished" version. Ideally within a £200 budget (which rules out OEM parts).

Looks great defo want one but not sure from this thread (i.e. Bill's comment) that they can be made for a Mk1?
