I'm in!!!

I'm in too... but am only interested in a "finished" version. Ideally within a £200 budget (which rules out OEM parts).

Well if Mossy can fit it in 10 minutes, count me in for the basic version too.

Don't forget Ray to charge Kett £200 plus a small discount for the fact it will only take him 10 minutes and will need to use his own clips LOL

Seriously though Kett you can use your original trim and clips with no issues so a fully built up one won't be needed as Mossy has shown ...

Hi Kett,

The hardest part of the change process is to get the captive washers of the back of the captive screws, i just opened them up with a flat screwdriver and they fall off. To speed things up I didn't bother to refit the washers.

We have been into the Peaks District today and have experienced no excess noise, heat etc. (But i do have a bulkhead and a quicksilver sport zorst).

Cheers

Hmmm, turning out to be the most successful 'unofficial' group buy I can remember, with some units already delivered and fitted :approve:

Mossy

I was wondering if I was the only person to do this too! Makes the process easier.

Once you get one washer off the others are fairly quick.

I went round 5 motorbike shops on Saturday trying to buy some Dzus fasteners but to no avail. Just fitted my original ones as it's easy enough to revert back to standard if necessary - however, the cover looks that good I doubt I will :)
