car juddering

hi drove my vee yesterday and it started juddering and felt like it wanted to cut out, i then noticed that the speedo wasnt working and every time the car juddered the speedo would jump up, does anyone have any ideas before i book it in to a renault dealer.

Don't know about the speedo but are you sure it's not a coil thats gone?

it could be but the car felt different when i had a coil go at the start of the year, to how it felt yesterday.

Get it scanned by an indipendent garage, much cheaper. if you were closer i would do it for you. try fuel pressure, you cannot scan that anyway, could be a filter prob or pressure reg problem.
the speedo is the low ball here, just jack the front up and spin the wheels, make sure it sounds ok bearing wise.

as you can imagine its hard to diagnose via messaging.
