Did you mean Friday and Sunday? We don't have a commitment to have a full compliment on Friday as the organisers appreciate it's a working day - but as many as possible of course. However we do have a commitment to fill the Saturday and Sunday. For the North we have 6 cars there on the Sunday, including the loan car from v6clo for the day - so we are one short.

The South is far more hit and miss with a lot of 1 day-er's, down as all 3 until confirmed. Even though the South is so overly subscribed, I'm struggling to turn the list all green... We'll see how is pads out this and next week.

Guys, the purchase of my V6 didn't go according to plan so I will not have the right car for the club stand it's also my fathers 70th surprise birthday party! I can see on the list that coolaslife is down as a reserve, on the basis of the above would he be able to take my slot???
Alternatively if I can turn up in another car and leave around 2ish i might still be able to do it but would like to give the guys with the correct cars a fair chance of displaying them?
This event is a sell out and at the price is a bargain!

OK, here is my possibly complicated position.

SOUTH

Assuming there is no RAOC stand which there is not at present my preferred single day would be SUNDAY
However Sarah & Summer would like to go if possible so in order to still take the Vee I would be reliant on a lift from someone else without passenger leaving from the London Area.

If there was an RAOC stand then I would be happy to both release my SUNDAY place and offer any empty slots to V6Clio.net members.

NORTH

There is an RAOC stand so I will not need space on the V6Clio.net stand

I am happy to offer any empty slots to V6Clio.net members.

IMPORTANT

Following on from Shaun's post LINK, here's an update.

Congrats to the guys in the North for paying up before the deadline - Well done!

For the south its a slightly different story.... I have updated the attendees list and for anyone that hasn't paid on time, you have now been moved to the "Bump list". This means that there are now 7 spaces free for the Friday and 2 spaces for both Saturday and Sunday.

We'll now be opening it up to everyone including the reserve/bump list. If anyone wants to attend this event, please shout now! This is the last chance to attend this great event!

If you want to attend, and to whoever gets in first, we'll be asking for immediate payment (£30 per day assuming we won't fill all of Friday). This is now on the first come first served basis.

Anyone down as attending on the Saturday, please consider also attending on the Friday as well.

We are now at a point where we have the final list of attendees for the SOUTH event. It's a real shame that there are no takers for the Friday. Following the payment cut-off date, all the Friday tentative's have been removed from the list.

The impact of this is that the costs for the SOUTH event have gone from £30 per person per day to £39. For everyone that has already paid £30 as I asked, thank you very much, but unfortunately it leaves the kitty a little short.

I have sent everyone a PM - and apologies for tapping you up for more money. It's still a bargain it does include two passes which is £19.50 per person compared £50+ per person for Joe Public.

Once we have enough in the bank, we can then pay the event organisers.
