Can anyone give the name of this item?

I'm having a bit of trouble acquiring item number 3 (or 11 as I'm pretty sure they are the same thing) in the diagram below, mainly because I have no idea what to call it, does anyone know what the technical name for this would be? all I know is it's sort of a clip with a threaded centre for a machine screw to go into :s.
Also does anyone know what the part number from Renault would be as I can't see it listed in the diagram? or is it a relatively widely available item from somewhere such as Halfords or EuroCarParts etc. ?

Spire clips or spire nuts is a regular term for those.

A spire clip is generally for self tapping screws
A spire nut is for a threaded screw

Hey Will.. pretty sure I've seen these in places like Halfords bud. Also used for such things as speaker fixings. Hope this is of help to you.

yep, as said above, you can buy a big box or small sleeve of these from Halfords, I bought some myself last week for my old man
