Yes they are tip top thanks again - i owe you! They are in excellent condition, looking forward to getting them on the car (y)

the clip is there for that loom to be secured to. It should have self amalgamating tape on it.

The transfer looks alright

the loom sticks to it for a guide i see. Obvious no you point it out.

It does doesn't it, i rushed the laquer with a hairdryer though but it'll wear smooth ;)

fpmsl! thanks for the best laugh in ages: it, someone competent, Renault, to look at.

No doubt you'll see the car getting ragged about and not fixed. They can't fix their current fleet never mind cars that most likely non of the fitters have ever seen.

The wet manifold is from the 5th injector, it thinks its cold, a NEW CTS doesn't mean it works sadly, I have had several NEW ones and they were all faulty during temp increases.

Unplug the wire to the 5th injector, this won't help if the injector itself is not closing right but it will stop it injecting if there's a fault in its loom.

JR i gotta ask, where did you get the decal for the gear knob, that really look smart

loving the attention to detail on the project too, cant wait to see it in the flesh so to speak

Really nice, well done.

As others said, sending it to Renault cause they know what they're doing???

You know more than they will.

Get the lambda checked out (emissions test), may be the cause.

i bet most technicians at renault would get confused by the thing that goes out the end of the head and distributes the spark to the leads,

mini update, my equals button is broke so no page titles for now

Getting a new radiator wont solve the rusty coolant problem, the rusty sediment is distributed throughout the cooling system.

Just keep flushing it, eventually it will stay clear (ish).
