5 GT Turbo C1J Turbo Fitment list

Ok so an odd thread for the old C1J, but looking for people to post a list of direct fit or near direct fit turbos from other cars that fit the c1j manifold with minimal fuss. And if possible how the cars responded with said turbos, full boost at rpm and boost levels

I put a Subaru TD04 on with an adapter I made. Went crazy with boost and melted a piston. But It has been in use as far as I know since being built back up properly since 2013
It was insane, till the piston let go 2 miles down the road. Made it a perfect motorway car, boost came in at 70 in 5th for perfect overtaking under your foot. I think its similar to a full t28

Yeah, my dad put a lower mileage sti turbo on his subaru and had it spare. with the exhaust aswell, so with a bit of fidling it went on.
Ill never find the photos now cus of photobucket. But here was my thread.

Thats it yeah. Mine had sharper edges though haha
