I note that Wikipedia has classified the V6 as a 'hot hatch'. Surely a 'hot hatch' by definition is a front-engined car?

I've done some brief research here...
...the few cars that I can think of with a similar layout are: Lancia S4, Metro 6R4, Peugeot 205 t16, Ford RS200 and R5 turbo

It appears that these are deemed to be: 'coupe' when a fixed bulkhead is present
'hot hatch' when open plan

IMO they really represent their own sub group.

I just changed it...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clio_V6_Renault_Sport

If anybody were to click on the 'RMR Layout link' it would put the V6 in the correct exalted company that the 'hot hatch link' was failing to do.

I'm not sure whether it will 'stick' because I submitted it before giving a good account of the ratianale behind the amendment...
