ok, lovely weather decided to spend an hour or so taking the seat out and pulling the carpet up - needed to investigate whether the floor itself was rotten or not







Bit holy so this will be my church car until its sorted. Luckily its not too bad under the carpet, the sound deadening is a bit soggy though!
The jacking point will need to come off and be reconstructed.












so hopefully have this side sorted shortly - picked up the sheet metal folder and have that installed in the shed now fabrication should be easy as pie.

OK so...what do the red and blue pipes/hoses/lines do?! I can only assume they are something to do with the Diff Lock - someone confirm please

They certainly are yes. They actuate (used to) the (seized) actuator on top of the diff.

That's a nasty case of tin worm right there!!

I cant the pics on this pc, but just be careful Dan, my sound deadning looked great, but once heated up and scrapped away it revealed a rotten section, and my sound deadning on the passenger side was also wet ....
