Black MkII in Carmarthen

That's two I've spotted in the last 3 weeks.
Unfortunately I wasn't close enough to get the registration number.
I believe there's a guy locally who restores classic rally cars who has a black Vee - perhaps it was him? Not sure if he's a regular here.
