I'm sorry, but I'm not sure someone who paid ?1.2m for 2 cars is going to worry about ?140 in parking fines & I'm sure that they won't see it as a deterrent. Probably a cheap days parking - especially in London...

Also, Clamping isnt actually a deterrent is it!! If you need to clamp people, then they are not deterred surely?

Cheap days parking right where you want AND your car cannot get stolen with the clamp on it!!
