Another Retro Renault to the collection

today i picked this up to break unfortually, is rottern with out T&T

just some pics for your viewing pleasure. is a beaut to drive and is QUICK lol

Know this car, friend of mine rebuilt the engine before selling it, less than 20k ago

he used to run 16psi and it was a quick car considering. He said it was starting to need welding before he sold it on.

thats excellent news, i knew it had been rebuilt recently (and you can tell that in the drive)

any pics of it? or extent or rebuild?

no pics from me I'm afraid. would have to ask Andy for those; if he has any

rebuild was minimal but tightened everything up. after some digging I've just found out she made 205bhp, 240ftlb torque at 16psi before he took the standard ecu out and put in his standalone.

16psi isnt uncommon on these cars, mines running 17 which make a 2wd an fun drive.

im guessing its running its normal ECU now? i had a peak at it under the seat but didnt think it wouldnt be standard lol.

the ecu under the seat is the ABS ecu anyway, and yes back on standard ecu now

i think it is a total shame to break this car, I really do.

it looks lovely, especially from the rearwards angles
