Winston, I see you are in Somerset. I'd get a comparison cost for a cam belt change from KTEC. They might be nearer to you?

Admittedly it's the start of a completely different discussion but I'd avoid KTec personally. Too many stories come out of that place for my liking and my personal experience with them when they had my 182 Cup was less than great!

I got it for 3k he wanted £3500 but with not much service history and the state of the car it was kinda over priced.

The guy left it on his drive for 18months and did nothing to it not even wash it or anything the lights were green inside the lenses so had to get new ones just gotta try and get the front bumper off now. The really nice Lexus on the back looked like they were 20 years old so you should be glad to know I've all ready put standard ones on there which looks ten times better ill start putting photos up soon stage by stage.


Does anybody know How much do sg Motorsport charge todo cambelt and water pump????

Clio so far seats replaced thanks to Paul. Window striped spoiler off standard back on new front and rear lights new bonnet now the beast is at the paint shop should get it back in a few weeks

Don't know if it's just me.............but this is going to be one of the stories for 2013.

Money is tight for everyone - then this is picked up for a complete steal.............OK it might cost a few £K to sort, but it could end up minty mint once finished.
