Insurance is up for renewable - last year I was with Bell and this year they increased my premium by £200 to £1,150 (I got 3 points since my last renewal, but I still thought this was too expensive!).

Phoned round and got a mixture of quotes ranging from £800 - £2400. Phoned Greenlight towards the end of my search and they came back with £670 (only £350 compulsory excess, £0 voluntary).

Really pleased with that, especially as for a 1 off payment of £50 per day you can take your car on a track day and they'll give you full track insurance (they double the excess, so in my case this would be £700). That's a bargain so I'll be getting a few track days in this year I think!.

Just renewed mine with Admiral. £598 fully comp, 9 years no claims. For a 6000 mile a year garaged policy. Not to bad :) Oh and I am 27

Mate I am with Admirall they only charged me £420 with a £700 ex if I stuff the car give them a call if its not to late fella

All the best

Marcus
