Hi,

I'm interested in buying these alloys off ebay Renault 19 16 valve Phase 1 Alloys vw project wheels? on eBay, also, Wheels with Tyres, Car Wheels, Tyres Trims, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 17-May-09 20:59:51 BST) but i've used a tyre calcuator on alloywheels.com and it says there is a 4.15% difference which means if i put them on my speedo will say 70mph but i'll really be doing 72.91, is this true? is there anything i can do to correct this?

They'll be fine, they are the standard R19 16v wheels.

Give me a shout when you are in town collecting them

Also the R19 speedos read 10% over the true speed anyway

they are clio tyre sizes and the same speedo drive is used on them so they are well within tolerence.

just thought i'd mention that i have a H reg 1991 PH1 R19 with steel wheels

there like the ones i got they look good sprayed the lip stcks out for polishing

yeah they definitely are going to need some TLC, not sure if i should make them white, chrome or matt black.

I wouldn't exactly say the car is "excellent" she does have a manual choke and bendix brakes. but she gets me to work on the cheap!
