ALLOYS look good do nothing

have switched from 17'' alloys to 14'' steelies for the winter i've found my car now handles better, people say im mad just wondering has anyone else found this.

erm I have to question as to why you would think it WOULDN'T be better going to 14's!

i bought a 19 that was rolling on 17" wheels with low profile tyres and when i put it on the correct wheels with regular tyres low and behold sure enough it became a pleasure to drive, my fillings stayed in and the (inferior) interior build quality wasn't so audible

knew the ride quality was going to be better with the higher sidewall but did'nt expect it to handle that well
