Has anyone bought from these people? I've been checking lots of Renault genuine parts for our V6 and they are much lower price compared to Renault Parts Direct for example.

I was looking for the antenna mast for my Phase two and is less than half of the price! For the expensive parts, the differences are of hundreds of pounds... [smilie=icon_eek.gif] check it out:

Good shop.
Made several orders in 2013 and this year which arrived within 1 week in germany.
Nothing bad to tell about them...
Nice and friendly contact and definately OEM parts.

Keep in mind that the listed prices are without VAT!
RPD lists parts incl. VAT...so don't let them blind you.

And on certain parts you need to give them yours in exchange for the cheaper price. I wanted a spare starter motor just in case but they wanted mine in exchange for the low price. I explained there is nothing wrong with mine so ended up paying an extra £25 so basically same price as RPD!

James, I was on about the aerial mast, not the base. Shipping charges seem to be more expensive than RPD though. I suppose there are some things cheaper and others more expensive, same as in any other shop!

Well, I will now advise anyone to avoid buying from All Car Parts Fast.

Bought a pair of headlamps assembly, one arrived faulty. One of the ball-and-socket mounts (for auto-leveling function) was not seated properly. Tried to seat it in but it's very hard and located in tricky place.

All Car Parts Fast decided to ignore my emails. Sent 3 emails in a space of two weeks explaining the fault and ask how rectify it. Nothing.

I have bought other stuff from them in the past. Very responsive when it comes to potential sale. But when there's a problem, they just ignore me.

I partially agree with you. I had a problem about 3 years ago with an aerial mast which wasn't exactly the correct thread size for my v6 so I had to chase them for weeks as they were ignoring my emails as you said. They eventually said sorry for not responding as they were waiting for a respond from Renault. In the end they sent me the correct aerial and they didn't ask me to return the other one.

So it was a pain but eventually it was OK for me as the other parts were OEM and cheaper than any other place.

In your case it looks like you are based in Australia, so they might try to get away with it. I would keep nagging them if I was you.
