Update!
------------------------
Atlast another update,
So it's been a very fun week I've had. Il let the pictures do the talking.
So before I went to RS Tuning for mapping I wanted to get a few bits sorted, so I installed my harnesses and custom tow strap.
I made it so I can put my plastic cover over it as I don't really like the towstrap tongue look.

And harnesses were installed

So I left around 5
0am to get kam and head upto Rs Tuning, I could spend all day at the place, I really enjoyed others talk and also Paul and specky were a good laugh too! Really
Knowledgeable too.
Anyway got praised on how neat my install was and was very happy about it. So that was an added bonus, however he hated my option of intercooler and hardpipe kit (SC Auto) got told it's a cheap janspeed intercooler, he was right it does next to nothing as you look through one side and you can see straight out the other end! Temps went from 22 to over 40!
The kit itself was leaking, Another issue was somehow I managed to plug my oil sensor and knock sensor in each others wrong place. So when Paul was mapping he couldn't get his head around why the timing was being pulled so much. Anyway specky got under it and switched them, sorted my boost leak out and done another pull and instantly got 25bhp from that. Prior to mapping I told him some figures I was after and he listened and mapped it very well.
Car ran 237 stock map, after mapping It ran 286bhp and pretty much the same torque, I kept it low due to running the Clio box and to say I was looking no more than 290 he done well.
I was booked in for 10am and I started heading home at 2pm! Great people and great laugh, I'd happily drive even further to have them map my car again.

Also this week Stuart popped over to have his rear sunstrip installed so had to give a few photos of both our Meg conversion clios together now with his rear sunstrip

Next up was further prep for the 2 track days I had, so GoPro! Made myself a mount due to not having time to buy one, it's mounted a little high so I will be doing it off my cross bar next time.
Exhaust clamp and dremal to cut it to fit, done the job.

Added sticker from rs tuning

Thursday!
Next stop, snetterton! My first track day. Kind of nervous about it, so went up with a couple mates in clios.

The car performed faultless, only issue I had was my brakes faded the first session I went out and next session towards the end my car was shaking like crazy under braking. Kind of ruined my day but I still tried to make the most of it by going out a couple laps at a time. I enjoyed myself but still in my head I wish I opted for a better brake set up. So kam took me out in his for a few laps chasing caterhams, the things incredible on r888r and cupracer suspension, braking on the last marker coming under the bridge.
It was at this point I decided I needed the brake set up he had as it worked.
Friday morning,
Managed to get hold of a new brake set up, so went over to KamRacing, picked my parts up and then headed straight to Bedford autodrome! Never had been here before either. So kind of followed a few people around the site and everyone was very friendly and helpful. First job was to take my brake set up off and replace it with my new set up, so waiting for other to arrive I jacked the car up in the car park and got to work. KamRacing told me the break in procedure for these and I was shocked but! It worked and they were spot on all day.

Cheers to everyone being helpful at the renaultsport day! Met up with Jack and Lewis who have a storm grey R26 engined Clio.

Had so much fun at Bedford, wasn't sure I would enjoy it as it seemed abit boring, on track it's completely different and now I had brakes that I could stomp on and be out 30mins at a time without any issues. So thoroughly enjoyed it.
I did book on to drive the Clio 220 however I stayed out in my car as I was enjoying it so much.
Only thing that I need to note for next time is bring some spare fuel as my fuel light come on on track.
Evening coming to an end and had to take a few photos, really hot day and car was spot on all week done a fair amount of miles and only issue I had was my brakes.

Hope to get on track again soon! Loving track time.
If people are serious and need help with conversions with wiring I will provide the diagram. However I won't be posting it to public just yet, as it's something I want to share with people doing conversions and not just people who want to do conversions.
Its still difficult making the correct lengths and you will need to be able to solder fairly neat and not messy.
I will upload it once I've spoken to admins to make it a sticky
