how do you remove the actuator?i've taken the 2 screws that hold it on but what do i do after that,seems like an easy job but yet its not coming off lollol :lol: can anyone help me :wink: :?

There is a rod that links to the turbo waste gate. Remove the circlip end pull the rod down, then simply pull the actuator towards the front of the car. Fitting is the reverse of removal, if the circlip is missing replace it as you don't want the rod falling off coz you then get no boost.

Two screws???? I hope you mean 2 11mm nuts???? :wink:
I seem to recall you having a -34 in which case its goin to be a bit tricky to pull off the wastegate because of the strong spring in it - if possible connect it to a compressor which will relieve some of the load on it & aid you taking it off!!!
