evening all!!!
right, bit of an update really. i've checked all the pipework going from the amal valve to actuator to boost pipe etc and all is good:mrgreen: also connected an electric tyre pump to the actuator pipe and i could see the arm sliding out and back in smoothly so i assume its functioning correctly.
the only thing that wasn't quite right was that one of the hose clips was loose and maybe this would have caused the leak and kept the actuator closed??????
however the pipe that goes from amal valve to actuator has what looks like an inline filter in it (which is where the loose hose clip was attached)
should this be there???
cant run the car at the moment to check to see if the prob is cured, hence my long (sorry!!!!) post.
