Megane 225 no start issue

Evening all, for some reason I bought another meg 225 I really don't know why was more of an impulse buy.
Anyway the car was a none runner when I got apparently the fobs didn't work or start the car and it wouldn't crank. So I fitted a new battery to the car when. I got it and hey the fob unlocked and locked the car and the car cranked (did not start). Also noted that I had keyless entry which was unexpected.
Anyway so I done compression test all 4 perfect, checked fluids and again all good. I then removed the sparkies and replaced with new OEM ones, I also replaced the coil packs with brand new, car still didn't start so I thought let's check fuel to rail and yep loads of fuel. I bought a brand new OEM tdc, and brand new OEM injectors and guess what I still have the same issue.
The car cranks over coughs then dies anyone have any idea's? I am thinking it's spark related as the spark plugs are wet, I have removed coil pack 1 with spark plug and it arcs fine dueing cranking I'll try the other 3 tomorrow.
Do we have a wiring diagram for a 55plate 225?20160714_132542.webp 20160714_132459.webp 20160714_132420.webp 20160714_132333.webp 20160714_112831.webp 20160713_112305.webp 20160713_092924.webp

Get the code reader out mate, it will probably guide you in the right direction.....
Isn't it just old fuel though?

You could always physically check if the sparkies fire when you crank it, be sure to unplug the injectors though!

Code Reader has been out initial I got P0304 & P0313, I cleared these and they have not reappeared in fact nothing has comeback code wise.

I have had the fuel rail out and had the injectors firing into the air got a small video and that's with the old injectors they are defo firing and it's defo petrol, I even pulled the fuel feed to rail off into a clear bottle and plenty of fuel came out :-)

I have only removed 1 coil pack and put a spark plug in it and I can see it arcing over the metal boost pipe whilst cranking

does it smell of diesel?

It's defo petrol not diesel, I did think that also

I have spoken to the last owner yesterday on the phone and he is adamant that he drove it got home all fine, went to use next day and nothing. He said he had 2 garages look at it and couldn't find any issue's with it.

Andy those wiring diagrams to they cover the PCU ?

On my mobile so trying to find anything is a bugger I found some guides but no wiring bits

As Andy said above for an engine to run you need fuel, timed spark and compression.

One is missing. I'd certainly be looking at timing (and make sure the coils are wired up right).

It isn't immobiliser related? I had a similar problem with my clio, there was corrosion on one of the pins which meant there wasn't any communication between the UCH and ECU. I just had a solid red immobiliser on the dash.

That's what I thought but light goes out.

I reckon it's knackered loom part of the TDC.

Well that rules the TDC out.

Do you have 12Vs at each ignition stick? as they run off a common 12V supply and are gated through the ECU for spark

Ill check Monday for the exact voltage but the sparkies all fire, had the coilpacks all out this eve with sparkies in them and gnd of the boost pipe with my 13 yr old daughter cranking the car so I can see what was happening and they were firing nice and strong.

I have clip but not to good at using it as was first time yesterday on the old dinosaur laptop.
I have a spare fuel pump setup for one of these which I may fit anyway seeing as I have.
I'll upload what pics I took of the laptop screen.
