21 Turbo 21 turbo brake issues

Lads,

Having desperate trouble getting new discs as everything ie discontinued, brembo, tarox only do front, Can later models like clio sport work?? Car has been at garage since May & the lad has kind of given up.

It also seems I'll have to overhaul the calipers as there are none out there without spending 1100 big ones on uprated type

I can't believe nothing is available anymore for it. One lad on eBay has asked for the dims to help, has this happened to anyone??

Black Diamond still do front discs & rears were still listed when I ordered fronts last year.
As for brake calipers, you could try www.biggred.co.uk also I found that most motor factors still list recondition units.

These are all 2wd rear discs, they are plentiful.

Hi Dave,

Will original lucas/ girling calipers work with these, ebc or tarox?? I am considering a bigger conversion but the car isn't worth the risk as yet. Getting a price on eBay for tarox, Any thoughts?

Yes, all rear discs are the same save for the Quadra (4wd). You dont need to upgrade the rear brakes unless you're going for a huge power hike, suspension and brake bias really. They dont do enough work.
