2008 twingo gt running issue

My twingo since I've had it has had a rough and low idle. It's got progressively worse to the point I need to sort it out!

I have code read the dtcs and this is the results... DSC_2013.webp
By the looks of the misfire detected, would you say its time to change the injector on cylinder 4?

Or have a go at cheaper replacement of ignition parts like the coil pack, plugs and leads?

I don't fancy having to remove and replace a injector if it's thought to be ignition related and not fuel.

Thoughts?

I have Swapped the injectors around, trying to replicate the issue and pin point the faulty individual injector. I started it up and it instantly ran better, but is now back to its usual self. It took a couple of days before the engine management light came on and went off again.

So I plugged the obd tool back in, and it's not showing any faults. So I'm still none the wiser.

What's really concerning is while out on a food run today, under acceleration it definitely sounds like it's heavily detonating! Which is seriously concerning, telling me it is one of the Injectors running lean.

Which one? Well I'd like to think it was the one I switched around. I'm going to let the car idle a while tomorrow and see if the engine light comes back on and then code read it.

But it looks like I'm going to just chuck a brand new set of injectors in it and hope that's the issue dealt with. Not ideal while we are all trying to be tight with cash at the moment.

Here's a video of it idling, it isn't missing as bad as this on acceleration. Sometimes it's hard to notice when driving, but at idle it's clearly obvious

Just un plugged cylinder 1, ran the car and not a great difference. So did the same for #4 and it was exactly the same.

Then I realised doing so I maybe chucking code's into the ecu that will just confuse me tomorrow. So going to take the battery off tonight, drive it tomorrow and try and re read for codes. Its doing my head in to be honest.

I was hoping after swapping injectors round it would thrown the codes and given me the answer I need
