2004 Clio 1.4 16V misfire

My niece has a little Clio 1.4 16V on a 54 late, it's an auto and has only done 61k.

She took it to a garage due to a misfire problem, they changed the plugs and coil packs for original Renault stuff, gave it back to her.....same fault.

I took a set of injectors from a fully working car, swapped them over....same fault.

Doing an OBD scan results in a cylinder misfire on one cylinder, but it moves around, in 20 minutes of clearing and re-checking I had misfires pop up on all cylinders.

What's next to check on this thing, or check and specific values through OBD, etc?

I'm not used to working on cars this new!

So many questions to ask,
One of the first is "Has any work been done on the vehicle in the 12 months prior to the problem first getting noticed & what codes are been registered"?
Another, The flywheel sensor (TDC) original or replacement/OE or motor factor supplied?
The problem with generic code readers they only pick up codes associated with emissions & basic engine parameters and not more specific codes which are the actual cause

No work done on the car, started misfiring whilst she was on holiday, garage there changed plugs and coil packs, said it was fixed, it wasnt, if they seen any codes I dont know what they are.

I then swapped injectors from a mates car with the same engine/injectors, same fault.

No service history with the so cant say anything about any other sensors.

Dont know anybody else that will give me a free shot of diagnostic kit, and she has no money so trying to help her as best I can :)

I will need to check again for specific fault codes from my wee reader, it's not super cheap does engine/abs/gearboxes and brakes and let's you do all sorts of tests/resets...but wont be near the kind of kit you guys use.
