19 16v Metal Coolant Pipe

Hi,

I am after the metal coolant pipe that runs along the side of the F7p engine Head. They are 2 pipes that are welded together. I'd be grateful if anyone has a spare one (thats not leaking!) or can give me the part number.

I will be in Sussex next week so may be able to pick up from Sussex/Surrey/Hampshire areas.

Thanks in advance.

Might be able to help you out, ill have a look.

Does yours have the oil cooler?

doesnt matter anyway, same metal pipe, different rubber pipes

Couldnt work out where the rubber hoses at the end of the pipes go to. One seems to go towards the heater matrix behind the dash and the other goes in towards the bottom end. Was in a rush and didnt have time to mess about with it so I took a picture of the hoses ....dont know if it is an oil cooler or not though. Looks a bit oily down there.

At the other end of those metal pipes, at the front of the block, there's either hoses connecting to an oil cooler or if no oil cooler there's either a U shaped loop of hose that connects the metal pipe ends to each other.

Are you sure the leak isn't coming from the T-piece up above and running down? They are notorious for rotting and leaking.

Sorry, forgot to look for the pipe today, will look tomorrow.

Sorry, my bad. Dont know why I was looking at the other end. There is no oil cooler, just a U shaped hose.

Although I have not taken the pipe out I am pretty confident that the leak is coming from the pipe itself. The leak appears to be coming from the bottom of the pipe where it meets the hose. The pipe is brown from rust and doesnt look in good condition- I cant see any traces of coolant leaking from the T-piece.
