williams ecu part number???

ive got a new hybrid and was going to check the ecu the guy i got it from said it had a williams ecu fitted so does anyone have the part number also i have a spare phase 1 ecu can i fit a gunner chip?? and will this run ok on a f7r bottom end and a r19 top end
