Wheely good :))

Looks super mossy, I personally think those wheels suit an illiad car more than any other - despite the black ones being faster, the look of an illiad car modded like yours is hard to beat :)

Right where to start ........ again thanks for all the kind comments everybody :approve:

Im glad everyone likes the wheels because believe it or not i nearly put them up for sale :s

I was really wrestling with the whole look of the wheels and questioning the expense of purely show wheels and tyres.

Right back to the spoiler :s ... i have fitted the wheels with standard spoiler, prima spolier, trophy spoiler and plumped for the trophy as it does compliment the look of the wheels. The spoiler is so grown on me and rear of the car is so aggressive!!!

LOL Yeah and thanks mate ;)

Calendar sounds like a good idea mate ::):

That looks cracking :)

Out of interest, where did you get the wheel bolts from?
Mine are a bit rusty so might replace them with some fancy ones!

Looks great Mossy, I like the Wheels and the Spoiler! My Personal spoiler preference (aftermarket) is the Prima one, but the whole package looks ace!! :approve:

Again thanks everyone :approve:

It is a stud conversion, i have changed the blue nuts to silver ones know though. The reason for the stud conversion is simplicity, when you think that the wheels are coming on and off as are the front wheel spacers, plus i am also running 5mm rear spacers on the standard wheels, so it's just so much easier.

They really finish it off i think :approve: have you got a link?

I had a stud conversion on my 172, mainly as it was far easier to change wheels when you don't have to try and line them up!

Studs are safer too, not that it probably has much bearing on a road car as long as everything is torqued up correctly ...

Stud Conversion comprises of the following:

Studs:

Nuts:

As in photo: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/D1-Spec-Light-Wei ... 3caacecc9c

Or buy a kit ready to go:

Before anyone buys and fits these kit's, can you please do the necessary homework and research before fitting as poor/wrong fitting will be dangerous!!!

Good info Mossy :approve:

But it looks like somebody has gone and bought the lot after seeing your links :ihatepcs:

In my honest opinion.... that looks the nuts Sir!!! :approve: :approve: :approve:

Hope you and the missus are keeping well and I will have to get a look at these wheels in the flesh!
