Wheels, go big or go home? +offset data

Well I'll be going home because I aint fitting anything over 15" but I need advice/data off people with experience of fitting to a mk1 Gordini turbo (3 stud) with the Turbo 2 bodykit.....

at the moment the suspension has yet to be set. What I want is for someone to say, for example, "if you fit a mecaparts turbo 2 kit you can get away with 15" x 10 wide on the rear with an offset of 115mm (?), you can lower the car right down without detriment or catching".... all 3 stud r5s are 130 pcd so at least I know that value.

I had one set of data off a guy who fitted wheels to a car like mine (mk1 with turbo 2 wide arch kit)...but I lost it when i changed jobs. He used Braid in Spain, and fitted 15 x 8" on the front and 15 x 10" on the rear, unfortunatley I dont have his offsets or the manufacturer of the bodykit he has...

I love the Ronal turbo style wheels Madin offer on their website (see madin.fr click VHC there is a pic on the right), but I cant tell them the offset I need.

I could ask them to Rapid prototype the wheel but you wouldnt be able to load it up on the car...

thankyou

Worth a Pm to Andrew as his friend in Tnerife has a similar car, with photos on here some where, just recently finished?
