I have in my garage a complete ph2 engine thats done around 5k, when i say complete i mean, throttle body, plenum, ex manifolds, flywheel and clutch, with plugs and injectors. whats it worth?
my plan was to use as a spare for mine working on the principle that, if you have a spare you will never break one! (good insurance) and of course its easier to change a complete engine than do a major repair in situ.
however, ideas change and thought about using it as a basis for some engine mods, without taking the car out of service, trouble is its too good to split. its better than the one in my car, so, possibly thought of trading against an older motor, or one that has gone pop as most of the work i wish to look at is in the heads and manifolds, dont really need the bottom end, any ideas!
