What size tyres does your Gordini turbo have?

What size and type are your tyres? I am currently running on Goodyear NCT 185 60 13, but the front can feel a little light at times, maybe due to the increase in profile height over std tyres?

Accordinly to the link below the affect on the rolling radius is minimal.

I am considering changing to Yoko's 175 50 13, to improve the handling- what do you think?

Depends what you want to do, I did have 185 but they were rubbing on the rear arches, then again my car is lowered 25mm, so I went back to 175.

If you use 195, I think they might rub inside the front inner wheel arch towards the bulkhead on full lock, unless you go for a stupid profile. The back for shure, unless you lift it like a tractor.

I will only put 175/60R13s on mine - as per original...

I've found that Toyo Proxes CF1 give really very good grip & comfort.

You can get them from places like blackcircles.co.uk for quite a good price.

No apology required. I only mentioned blackcircles 'cos I've used them before. If you've found somewhere cheaper, let's go there instead!

My Toyos are pretty good, but still not good enough to stop extreme wheelspin in the wet!

Took over a year to get round to it, but just bought the new tyres i was originally after 175 50 13, yes i know it will throw the gearing out slightly ( will read 70 when doing 65), but i'm hoping the lower profile will give me a little more clearance as i've lowered the car and it just rubs when the car is loaded up, hopefully they will arrive soon , perhaps for the weekend. Soon to have some Good Year nct 185 70 13, plenty of tread, no probs on std height ride cars, for sale if anyone is interested?.

Got what i thought was a good deal for 539 yokos http://www.minisport.com/acatalog/info_ ... 0-R13.html
