Fitted the rear Koni's the other day

Today I have fitted 2 new front wishbones, Anti roll bar bushes, ball joints and re greased my outer CV joints.

Not one of my favourite jobs to be honest.

All front shocks out an ready for me an jay to replace with new 1's that be built up on Friday, and also go my new pair rear boot struts delivered

Me lil project coming along nicely now found my mojo back to work on it,

last Saturday was replace rear dampers and also removed rear leather seats an carpet


next up on list to remove front seats an front carpet, fingers crossed for this wkend,

Just finished painting the scuttle on the cabby, turned out better than I expected. did around the headlights and other places, lookin good, refitted battery and fired up, going to refit the radiator now and wire up the fan, refill with purified water and purge the water system.

Fitted my proud (£20) purchase from Bewl - Original Renault 19 footwell mats. The fronts are just the rubber ones but fit perfectly. The rear ones are carpet / rubber - I suspect they are 5 door but they look bloody good!

Good point mate , I fitted 2 track rod ends today... driveshafts and two engine mounts tomorrow. I had to buy another front left mount today because the last one (only four months old) sheered in half this week???

well yesterday went down to measure up the floor pan, an today got some cardboard to cut an shape up to get template ready for tomorrow to give welder to make up , taking shape slowly..

i took the large cardboard box out that i'd been ferrying about for 2 weeks and put it in the recycling, it's like a new car

Ordered some rear Brembo pads for the Fuego off ebay. Soon I will be buying all new hoses through out too. Need everything from radiator, heater, fuel etc. They are all tired as.

Also will paint the engine bay round the same time too. Bout time i spend money on the poor old girl. Its getting the shits with being used so often.

So more a list of to do than a list of done. Too bad

Well Give the welder my templates of floor pans for both sides to get made up

aswell as take the plastic trimming off too car looks naked now inside,

Well got a text today to let me know floor pans will be ready Tomorrow so.. be cutting out pans tomorrow an replacing new made 1's in over next few days..
