ventilation grilles MK1

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the mid ventilation grilles in my MK1. The left one is slightly damaged and I woul like to replace it. I have found some shops in the internet where you can buy grey and black ones, but I would like to have the original one in blue.
Is there anyone who has an idea where to get an original one?

I can probably help you. I have a blue dashboard that I’ve been tampering with. The left-hand vent is removable and undamaged.

Are you sure they’re blue?

The middle ones look grey/black in photos…

I hasten to add… if they are tinged blue - I need to swap mine out as part of my ‘blue to black’ project. Which means, if needed, you could have mine!

Hi Kett, I have checked the color. Indeed they are not really blue. But I would say it is also not that black :rollseyes: but something similar (difficult to describe). However, thank you for the offer to get eventually yours. Let me order some afteramarket parts in black to see if the color is similar to the original ones. If not, I would absolute appreciate if its possible to get the original grills from you.

Just a short update on this topic.
I have ordered some grills by an ebay Aftermarket seller. But the quality was horrible and I send them back. I am going to order some grills from another vendor. Hopefully the quality is much better.
