Uprated engine mounts set of 2 shore 80

Jo i think you cant tell anything about this rubber because no one except us got this rubber. We decide to develop hard rubber with hole inside, because without hole it's too hard personnal used. The hole can let engine move a little bit and not send all vibration to the steering wheel.

Ben, with all respect but that sounds rubbish to me. You get resonation, thats true, but no vibrations in the steeringwheel. On the other hand, if the engine has movement, even a bit, whats the point getting uprates ??? Its just because off those holes that the rubber get soft and fail.

Jo, we are the first to develop parts for 21 turbo like the radiator, it's always are to put some innovation somewhere, less to copy ;-)
its great what you do, i'm the last one to comment that

And i have also said that we can make a discount on clust order ;-)
agree, how much ?

About the radiator we are at 210 euros/pc shipping included to UK so ?

199 €, delivered at my doorstep

Like i said, i dont wanna give negative comments. Its just my personal opinion about the mounts and that the parts from axautosport are cheaper then mespieces. Its normal that whe look for the best deals dont you think ?

Jo there is difference between shore 60 with hole and shore 80 with hole if the result would be the same original manufacturer would put shore 20 because it's cheaper. There is a real impact of the hardness of the rubber, and rubber absorb some vibration, it's the job of mounts. In any case the engine will move even a little bit, and this movement have to be absorb by the mount. To put this logical to no sense you can fit your engine directly without rubber, only with machining parts, and you will see what is real virabtion on steering wheel. And with that kind of fitting you cant drive on road it will damage your car. With our rubber the difference is really important compare to original and you can drive without any problem on the road and dont risk any damage. You know Jo it's like the suspension when it's too hard, you cant used correctly with the rubber it's the same

We produce lots of uprated engine mount for Gt turbo, Renault 5 turbo 2, 21 turbo, we know very well this product, and we choose this solution because for everyone is the best.

About the clust order tell me how many people can be interested but near 15 person i think we can make a price at 80 euros delivered

All our rubber are warranty and will be changed by new one if there is any problem, you have invoice with the rubber to a clue of warranty

you're missing the point and i'm not going into it (anymore). GrN mounts do have solid rubbers, i never said that it is metal on metal. You start a discussion thats got nothing to do it. As far as i know whe use GrN mounts or uprated ones just to avoid engine movement. Otherwise there is no point going for upgrades.

Yes for sure i know it but in any case even with any kind of rubber there is movement, or why do they put some rubber if not any movement ?
As far as you know about uprated mount it's to avoid movement means that in any case there is some movement.

The material rubber is there to absorb the movement, if you want it or not that's it, or renault sport would have to put steel instead of rubber. why they didnt do because it's a compromise between hardness and vibration that's all. Why do you think we still use rubber instead of polyurethane in engine mount ? Because natural rubber is really better to delete vibration.

We used polyurethane on drive train (whishbone...) because on original part the shore of the rubber is alread high near 80, so it's quite impossible to do harder mount but there is less vibration on this part of the car it's more used for precision.

We dont want to make a debate about it we just want to explain why we decided to manufacture like that

Got my mounts today and they look an excellent bit of kit and will certainly do the job.
Thanks Ben.
