i was bored this week (at work) and started with the new frontwheel bearings.
You can ask yourself , what upgrade ??? A bearing is a bearing. Correct! Butt, i changed the connection on the hub (i'll think its called that in englisch, the part where you put the front disk on:mrgreen: )
So , i changed the the french M7 to metric M8. That means you have to drill true the bearing and thats a ****** job because its hardened steal.
Dont start with that when you dont have the tools to do it.
To get an impression:
changed from M7 (fine) to M8 metric

drilled the bearing to 8mm

and glue/locked them with Locktite 603 (the strong one)

Why i do that ?
I dont like surprises when i'm on the road and with the power thats on board i dont take a risk.
hope you got something on this one.
Cheers !
